2 critically injured in ATV rollover accident

MONTGOMERY (AP) — An ATV crash in Montgomery has left two people with serious injuries.
Vermont State Police say 28-year-old Travis Denton was driving the ATV when it veered off Enosburg Mountain Road on Sunday. They say the ATV rolled, throwing Denton and his passenger, 24-year-old Abby Mayhew, both of Richford.
Police say neither was wearing a helmet.
Denton and Mayhew were airlifted to a Burlington hospital, where they were listed in critical condition Monday afternoon.
Police say alcohol appears to have been a factor in the crash.
