RICHFORD – A Richford man who police say nearly fell out of his car when the driver's side door opened while he was weaving in traffic on Friday faces criminal charges as a result of the incident. According to police, David Fuller, 54, was cited for driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence after he was pulled at the intersection of Route 105 and Johnson Road shortly before 9 p.m. last Friday. Police determined Fuller was impaired after administering a roadside breath test and have cited him to appear in Vermont District Court in St. Albans on July 20.
