SOUTH ROYALTON – Betsy Lynn Rattee and Michael Dale Williams are engaged to be married.
She is the daughter of Mary and Bruce Morse of Claremont, N.H.
He is the son of Alta Williams of Bethel and Dale Williams of South Royalton.
The future bride graduated from Whitcomb Junior/Senior High School in Bethel in 1994 and Vermont College of Cosmetology in Burlington in 1995. She served in the United States Air Force in San Antonio, Texas, and the Army National Guard in Rutland. She is a senior administrative assistant for SWCA Environmental Consultants in Phoenix.
The future groom graduated from South Royalton High School in 1993 and attended Vermont Technical College in Randolph Center. He is a CNC machinist at Aerospace Contacts in Tempe, Ariz.
A September 2010 wedding is planned in Las Vegas.
