BARRE – Kathryn Oliver and Roland Tousignant are engaged to be married.
She is the daughter of Lynda Oliver of Barre and Michael and Janice Oliver of Wheelock.
He is the son of Roland and Susan Tousignant of Williamstown.
The future bride graduated from Lyndon Institute in 2003 and Johnson State College in 2007. She is a behavioral interventionist with Washington County Mental Health.
The future groom graduated from Williamstown High School in 1995. He works for the city of Barre.
A July 2009 wedding is planned.
