FAIRLEE – State police handed a Jacksonville man a citation for drunk driving following a traffic stop in Fairlee.
Jeffrey Block, 39, was stopped for motor vehicle violations in the northbound lane of Interstate 91 at 11:24 on Friday night.
Police said they determined Block was under the influence of alcohol and process him for DUI. Block is scheduled to appear in Vermont District Court in Chelsea on May 27 to face the charge.
