CABOT — Roger and Lori Knowlton of Cabot are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Chelsea E. Knowlton to D. Kirk Nelson, the son of Dwight and Karen Nelson, who reside in Berrien Springs, Mich.
The future bride is a graduate of Central Vermont Academy in Berlin and will complete her Master of Social Work from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Mich., this May.
The future groom is also a student at Andrews University and will complete a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations in the summer of 2010.
An August 2009 wedding is planned.
