BARRE – Marleen Chapin and Levi Beach are engaged to be married.
She is the daughter of Jerry and Barbara Kennett of Barre and Wayne and Thelma Young of Alamogordo, N.M. He is the son of Lester and Hattie Beach of East Barre.
The future bride graduated from Williamstown Junior-Senior High School in 1988; New Hampshire Technical College in Laconia in 1991 with an associate degree in graphic arts; and Vermont Technical College in Randolph Center in 2001 with an associate degree in architectural building engineering technology. She works for Architectural Woodworking in Barre.
The future groom graduated from Spaulding High School in Barre in 1987. He works for Rock of Ages.
A Feb. 20, 2010, wedding is planned in Barre.
