Wolcott man cited for mischief

MIDDLESEX – A 68-year-old Wolcott man was cited into court after an incident that occurred in his driveway on November.
According to Vermont State Police, John Premo, 35, and 33-year-old Alice Davignon, both of Hardwick, were hunting on Gates Farm Road in Wolcott on Nov. 29.
Premo was driving Davignon's 1993 Toyota truck when he pulled into Edward Wucik's driveway to turn around. At that time, Wucik used his vehicle, a 2004 Ford truck, to push Davignon's truck out of his driveway and across the road.
Davignon's vehicle sustained over $1,600 in damages.
Wucik was issued a citation earlier this week to appear in Lamoille County District Court for Unlawful Mischief.
