DUI ruling was wrong

I am writing concerning the Nov. 25 article "Driver with 4 DUIs crashes, sends 4 to hospital."
For starters, I would like to know how much Mr. Russell's attorney paid the judge? Honestly, I have strong community ties also, but that hasn't helped me when I've been in trouble with the authorities. So what gives there?
Moving on ... I am not impressed with the deal with Mr. Russell getting a slap on the hand. If it was Mr. Peterson who was DWI he would of been tossed in jail so fast the doors woulda been spinning.
As many have stated in comments on the article, this guy is tight on money, but he can afford to go out and get completely hammered and afford gas. Oh yah, he's strapped for cash!
Either way Mr. Russell should be locked a way for life and the key thrown away! This man is a menace and danger to society!
